Verify A Certificate

If you are a Court or DMV official go to our verify page here to ensure a certificates legitimacy or scan the QR code on the certificate for quick and easy review. Be sure the information matches if a certificate is found.

If a match is not found the record may have expired, you may have entered the certificate ID incorrectly, or the certificate could be a forgery. If a certificate is found but the information does not match your copy the certificate is likely a forgery.

How Do I Access My Course?

You should see your courses here. If you are not logged in you will be asked to login first. Once you are logged in you can also reach your courses by the tab in the top menu called "My Courses".

If you do not have an account you will need to create an account and purchase a course from our home page here.

Where's My Certificate?

If you have completed the final with a passing score and redeemed your certificate you should see a link to your certificate in your course list here. You will need to login to view your certificate.

If you still do not see your certificate go to your course by the same link above, open the last lesson with the final exam and ensure you have successfully completed the final and redeemed your certificate.

How Do I Delete My Account?

As of now the best way to delete your account is to submit a deletion request by email at drive_kindly_accounts@drivekindly.com

Required Equipment

Our courses and website are compatible with most modern browsers. Supported up to date browsers are Chrome, Edge, Firefox, and Safari.

Most of our pages require that JavaScript be enabled. The majority of web browsers have this enabled by default. If you experience difficulty ensure this setting is turned on.

Our site is compatible with both windows and Apple products. You may take your course on a desktop, laptop, tablet, or smart phone. Ensure the browser is up to date and you have good internet connectivity.

Refund Policy

Refunds will not be issued after a period of one month from the time of purchase. Refunds will not be issued if your account is suspended or terminated from the event of a violation of the terms and conditions. We reserve the right to review users accounts for terms and conditions violations before issuing refunds. A refund will not be issued after the final exam has been taken. Refund amounts will be up to the cost of the course minus the payment processing fees. Follow the link to request a refund.
